Nabzs

Terms of Use

Effective 7 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Ravish Kumar ("we", "us") for your use of the Nabzs app. By signing in or using Nabzs you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Nabzs is not medical advice

2. Who can use Nabzs

You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian may add and manage profiles for children. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your phone and Google account secure.

3. Your family, caregivers and other people's data

4. AI reading and bill checks

5. Reminders

We work hard to make reminders reliable, but they can be late or missing, for example when notifications are off, the phone is switched off, its battery saver stops the app, or the time is changed. Don't rely on Nabzs alone for doses that must not be missed.

6. Your content

What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run Nabzs for you and the people you share with, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you add and must have the right to add it.

7. Fair use

Don't:

8. Changes and availability

Nabzs is free to use today. We may add, change or remove features, or stop the service. If we plan to stop the service, we'll give you reasonable notice in the app so you can save what you need. The app may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or outages.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Nabzs and delete your account at any time (Settings › Account › Delete my account and data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where it's safe to do so, we'll tell you why first.

10. No warranty

We provide Nabzs "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information in it, including anything read by AI, is accurate or complete.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm caused by relying on the app instead of medical advice, by a missed or late reminder, or by a misread document. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Please contact us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Nabzs after that, you accept the new terms.

14. Contact and grievances
